The Noel Pointer Foundation is principally funded by a grant from the NYC Department of Education. This funding is not sufficient to maintain all of our programs, as such, we solicit funding from private sources as well. As our programs multiply, so do our costs. Despite economic constraints, families within the communities we serve still have a strong desire to enroll their children, unfortunately, all too often they do not have the means. NPF aggressively seeks new supporters and grantors to sustain our programming.
